2/4th Bn. Territorial Force. Formed at Leicester in Sep 1914. Joined the 177th Brigade, 59th Division.

3/4th Bn. Territorial Force. Formed in 1915. Supplied drafts to the 1/4th and 24th Bns.

1/5th Bn. Territorial Force. 04 Aug 1914 at Loughborough in the Lincolnshire and Leicestershire Brigade, North Midland Division (46th Div).

10th (Reserve) Bn. K4. Formed at Portsmouth in Nov 1914. Stayed in the UK and supplied drafts to the Service Battalions overseas.

11th (Service) (Midland Pioneer) Bn. Locally raised. Formed at Leicester by the Mayor and a local committee in Oct 1915. Landed in France and joined the 6th Division in Apr 1916.

12th (Reserve) Bn. Locally raised. Formed at Leicester from the Depot Coys of the 11th Bn in Mar 1916. Stayed in the UK and supplied drafts to the 11th Bn.

13th (Labour) Bn. Formed in the autumn of 1916. Went to France in Oct 1916 as Army Troops.

14th (Service) Bn. Formed at Aldeburgh from the Cadre of the 2/4th Bn in Jun 1918 in the 47th Brigade, 16th Division.

1st (Home Service) Garrison Bn. Formed at Eastington in May 1916. Became the 9th Bn Royal Defence Corps.

51st Graduated Bn. Formed at Ipswich from the 261st Graduated Bn on 27 Oct 1917 in the 216th Brigade, 72nd Division.

52nd Graduated Bn. Formed at Witham from the 267th Graduated Bn on 27 Oct 1917 in the 218th Brigade, 73rd Division.

53rd Young Soldier Bn. Formed at Rugeley from the 12th Young Soldier Bn on 27 Oct 1917.
