1/4th Bn. Territorial Force. 04 Aug 1914 at Lincoln in the Lincolnshire and Leicestershire Brigade, North Midland Division (46th Div).

2/4th Bn. Territorial Force. Formed at Lincoln on 13 Sep 1914. Joined the 177th Brigade, 59th Division.

3/4th Bn. Territorial Force. Formed at Lincoln on 01 Jun 1915. Supplied drafts to the 1/4th and 2/4th Bns.

1/5th Bn. Territorial Force. 04 Aug 1914 at Grimsby in the Lincolnshire and Leicestershire Brigade, North Midland Division (46th Div).

2/5th Bn. Territorial Force. Formed at Grimsby on 06 Feb 1915. Joined the 177th Brigade, 59th Division.

3/5th Bn. Territorial Force. Formed at Grimsby on 17 Apr 1915. Supplied drafts to the 1/5th and 2/5th Bns.

6th (Service) Bn. K1. Formed at Lincoln in Aug 1914 in the 33rd Brigade, 11th Division.

7th (Service) Bn. K2. Formed at Lincoln in Sep 1914 in the 51st Brigade, 17th Division.

8th (Service) Bn. K3. Formed at Lincoln in Sep 1914 in the 63rd Brigade, 21st Division.

9th (Reserve) Bn. K4. Formed at Lincoln in Nov 1914. Stayed in the UK and supplied drafts to the Service Battalions overseas.

10th (Service) (Grimsby Chums) Bn. Locally raised. Formed at Grimsby by the Mayor and Town on 09 Sep 1914. Joined the 101st Brigade, 34th Division.

11th (Reserve) Bn. Locally raised. Formed at Lincoln from the Depot Coys of the 10th Bn in Oct 1915. Stayed in the UK and supplied drafts to the 10th Bn.

12th (Labour) Bn. Formed at Brocklesby in Jul 1916. Went to France in Aug 1916 on L of C duties.

13th Bn. Territorial Force. Formed at Bath from the 28th Provisional Bn on 01 Jan 1917 in the 215th Brigade, 72nd Division.

1st Garrison Bn. Formed in Sep 1915. Went to India in Oct 1915 and joined the Presidency Brigade, 8th (Indian) Division.

2nd (Home Service) Garrison Bn. Formed at North Coats in May 1916. Became the 4th Bn Royal Defence Corps.
