Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Mounted Brigade

The Eastern Mounted Brigade was a Territorial Force brigade already in existence at the outbreak of the war. At the outbreak of the war it was based at Nottingham. Went to East Anglia in Sep 1914 and joined the 1st Mounted Division.
